I tried the fixes on Microsoft's pages and community pages. I called mirosoft and was sent to a page I could not complete because any issue I checked was not continued to my account.There was a phone nuber on that pager but it was the number that led me to the page. I accept changed my password multiple times. I deleted anything with office from my keychain.

I used the Office license removal tool and nonetheless have the same problem

1.Office for Mac 2019 Standard

ii. Monday early afternoon

three. I get this bulletin.Your account (poz@********.org) doesn't have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin middle.

This was purchased through Techsoup.

If yous receive the mistake bulletin:

Your business relationship **** doesn't have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

That means this account is non an admin account for your organisation tenant, so you won't be able to access the admin middle.

Only I will check at our backend based on the business relationship you provided. To see if I can find some more helpful info.

Meanwhile, may I confirm when you fabricated the purchase from Techsoup. Which subscription type are you paying for? Is information technology only Office for Mac 2019 standalone or Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Business organisation?

I only get: At that place is a problem with your account. Please try again later.

I am writing to follow up on this thread.

In this instance, y'all may also try the post-obit methods:

Method ane: Please try to remove cache binder similar below:

1) Shut PowerPoint and and so open Finder.

2) Printing Command + Shift + G, input "~/Library/Containers", remove cache binder Microsoft Word to desktop (or trash bin)

three) Open up Word and check if it works correctly.

Method 3: Please launch a safe mode/boot on Mac Bone, to bank check if event acquired by enshroud or directory outcome with startup disk.

If the issue persists, may I confirm the following information for a better understanding of your situation?

i. If the outcome happens to one specific file or it likewise happens to other files?

2. If the issue occurs while using Mac in safe style?

iv. The build and version data of your Word? (Discussion>Most Microsoft Word)

None of the 3 methods worked.

The issue occurs in safe fashion.

Mac build and version: Version 12.2 (21D49)

Microsoft Word does non open so I can't access Most Microsoft Give-and-take; I hope this information helps:

Product ID: LS-48332 Part Standard 2019

Purchased trough Techsoup

Has been updated with Microsoft Updater.

No other Office apps open.

I uninstalled Office 2019 and installed Office LTSC for Mac 2021

I am notwithstanding asked to sign in.

I get this message after signing in - "In that location is a problem with your account. Delight endeavor once more."
